Tackling the barriers to effective resettlement and promoting Social Inclusion.
RIFT Social Enterprise along with a network of other Supply Chain Partners, delivers HMPPS CFO3 services via our remote self-employment service to participants in custody and the community across the East Midlands, Yorkshire & Humber and North East, which is part funded by European Social Fund. The focus of the programme is to work with participants who have convictions, and who have difficulty in accessing mainstream provision to move them closer to the local labour market. The self-employment project itself has been funded via HM Prison & Probation Service Co-financing Organisation (CFO) as part of the CFO3 programme. CFO3 utilises European Social Fund monies.
