At RIFT Social Enterprise, we’re aiming to do something incredibly valuable; not only to the people we help, but to the UK as a whole. That’s why we’ve built the best and most passionate team for the job. That starts with our Chief Executive, Andy Gullick, who combines world-class expertise with genuine social concern.
Following his example, every member of the RIFT Social Enterprise team is fully equipped to meet the challenges ahead. Together, we’re committed to making a positive and meaningful change to people’s employment prospects and the communities in which they reside.
Andy has spent all of his professional career working with vulnerable and disadvantaged individuals. His roles have included: social worker, Senior Probation Officer, Governor grade in three prisons, Chief Executive of a children's charity and Director of Justice for a major offender-focused employment organisation.
Andy volunteers his time outside of work to various charities and is a member of his local Parish Council. He has also been known to solve the rubics cube in under three minutes.
With a background in individual giving fundraising and charity project management, Alice has predominantly worked for youth organisations and social justice causes like The Scout Association and Support Through Court.
