That’s why we’ve built the best and most passionate team for the job. That starts with our Chief Executive, Andy Gullick, who combines world-class expertise with genuine social concern.
Following his example, every member of the RIFT Social Enterprise team is fully equipped to meet the challenges ahead. Together, we’re committed to making a positive and meaningful change to people’s employment prospects, communities and lives.

His roles have included: social worker, Senior Probation Officer, Governor grade in three prisons, Chief Executive of a children's charity and Director of Justice for a major offender-focused employment organisation.
Andy volunteers his time outside of work to various charities and is a member of his local Parish Council. He has also been known to solve the rubics cube in under three minutes.
