At RIFT Social Enterprise, we’re aiming to do something incredibly valuable; not only to the people we help, but to the UK as a whole. That’s why we’ve built the best and most passionate team for the job who all buy into the social purpose of what we do.

As a not-for-profit organisation with charitable objectives, we aren't interested in making money out of other people's hardships like some commercial organisations delivering business start-up support do. Most of our team have successfully overcome significant employment challenges of their own and are now passionate about giving back the learning from their personal experiences to others across the various contracts that we support.

Having grown from a team of two at the start of 2020, to a team of 11 today, each of us is committed to making a positive and lasting change to peoples' employment prospects and the communities in which they reside.
